Kate is Health Systems Insights and Engagement Officer at the Stroke Association, supporting national and system-level engagement to improve stroke care. Her work includes co-ordinating the patient involvement design aspects of the first ever Stroke Patient Reported Experience Measures survey in England, and supporting influencing and quality improvement activity across NHS systems. She also supports the newly-formed Five Nations Thrombectomy Committee. Kate is passionate about embedding lived experience in service design and improvement.
