An experienced Services Manager with 23 years’ experience of working in non-government organisations predominantly in the areas of disability, brain injury rehabilitation and patient support.  

Currently Head of Community Support services with the Irish Heart Foundation for the last 2.5 years with oversight for the operational management and service delivery of the national patient support services.  

This service delivers person centred support and addresses information needs for over 4000 stroke survivors and people living with heart failure and other cardiac conditions.  Our services are committed to delivery of highly impactful community services beyond the acute setting that support people to live well and thrive, despite their diagnosis.
