European Life After Stroke Forum (ELASF) 2026 Terms and Conditions of Registration

Completion of registration information signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions below relating to ELASF 2026, taking place from 9-10 March 2026.

Registration fees and what is included

1. Registration fees are listed in Euro € and include Swedish VAT at the prevailing rate.
2. ELASF 2026 registration fee includes participation in all scientific sessions and access to the exhibition, refreshment breaks during the scheduled programme, a Welcome Reception on Monday evening, and all printed conference materials.
3. Travel to and accommodation in Stockholm is not included in registration fees.

Payment and cancellation policy

4. Payment may be made by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard).
5. Presenting authors for ELASF 2026 must register and pay by 31 January 2026 to have their presentation scheduled for presentation and included for publication in the official conference publications.
6. Cancellation for ELASF 2026. A refund will be made as follows:
   Notification in writing to elasf@serenevents.com by 18 December 2025: 50% refund.
   Notification in writing to elasf@serenevents.com from 19 December 2025: No refund.
7. In the event of cancellation by the participant, bank or credit card charges incurred by ELASF will not be refunded.
8. We reserve the right to make changes to the registration items based on eligibility criteria and invoice for the difference in fees.

Other

9. ELASF reserves the right to make changes necessary to the conference programme that may result from COVID-19 restrictions or for any other reason.
10. ELASF reserves the right to change the format of the conference to virtual only, should COVID-19 or other restrictions result in the cancellation of the in-person event.
11. You should ensure you have appropriate travel insurance including Coronavirus medical and repatriation cover. If restrictions due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances mean you are unable to attend the event, the cancellation policy above will apply.
12. It is your responsibility to comply with all instructions given at the event and to comply with all applicable laws, including health and safety laws, fire regulations and any code of conduct relating to COVID-19 or for any other reason whilst at the venue.
13. Adequate travel protection is also highly recommended for all conference participants as ELASF bears no responsibility for travel issues affecting attendance at the event.
14. You may, as part of the event, be recorded or photographed and by completing this booking you are agreeing for your image to be used by ELASF for promotional purposes.
15. Privacy policy: By making a booking for ELASF 2026 you consent to your personal data being shared with third parties authorised by ELASF to receive them in the process of delivering the event, including Seren Events Limited, Cvent (event booking platform) and Oxford Abstracts (abstract management platform). 16. Delegates are not permitted to promote products or distribute any literature/leaflets without prior consent from the organisers. Requests must be made in writing to elasf@serenevents.comand a fee may be applicable.
17. This contract is governed by the laws of Belgium.
