Doubravka Koubková is the Head of Social Rehabilitation at the Neurorehabilitation Center ERGO Aktiv in Prague. As an experienced Occupational Therapist and Case Manager she works closely with stroke survivors and their families. They together  focuses to set priorities and goals, address complex life situations to gradually improve quality of life. She takes great joy in contributing to the comprehensive support of clients and their families
