Jernej Sluga is a sales manager at Špica International, where he has worked for many years. Before experiencing his stroke, he led an active life that included ice hockey, skiing and cycling. The stroke presented significant challenges, initially leaving him unable to walk or talk, but Jernej approached his recovery with determination and focus.

Through consistent effort and the support of speech therapy, Jernej regained his ability to communicate and became a source of inspiration for others, even assisting fellow stroke patients with their rehabilitation. Today, he continues to work at Špica International. Despite limited use of one hand, Jernej remains active, driving, skiing and cycling with the help of specialised equipment.
