Susanne Guidetti

Professor, Karolinska Institutet, Sweden

Susanne Guidetti is a professor in Occupational therapy at Karolinska Institutet with a joint position at Karolinska University Hospital with a research group called the HELD research group Health in Everyday Life among people with neurological Disorders (HELD) – Susanne Guidetti’s research group | Karolinska Institutet. Susanne has always combined her clinical and educational experiences with an academic research career with a focus on developing and evaluating complex interventions related to health promotion and prevention, interventions, education and rehabilitation. She has used both quantitative and qualitative methods as well as of different types of design with ongoing research in Sweden, Uganda and Denmark focuses on multidisciplinary global studies of the effects and significance of ADL interventions using information and communication technologies such as the mobile phone as support.
