Dr Suzie Xu Wang, a senior lecturer in Psychology in Leeds Beckett University UK. A mixed-methods researcher, Suzie’s research focuses on non-pharmacological secondary stroke prevention, including interventions to help mood difficulties following stroke. Her recent research is on the experience of healthcare among survivors from minoritized ethnicities. Suzie is the current chair of INSsPiRE, an international network of stroke secondary prevention researchers.
